At The Cove of Lake Geneva, we've always held our property to the highest standards of cleanliness. We've enhanced our procedures across all areas of the resort — from guest suites to public spaces — to give you complete confidence during your stay.

Enhanced Suite Cleaning

Every suite is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between stays, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces including remote controls, door handles, faucets, and light switches.

EPA-Approved Products

We use EPA-approved cleaning and disinfecting products throughout our property to help eliminate pathogens on surfaces and in the air.

Public Space Sanitation

Lobby, pool areas, fitness room, arcade, elevators, and all common areas are cleaned and sanitized frequently throughout the day.

Trained Staff

Our housekeeping and facilities team receives ongoing training on the latest cleanliness standards and best practices to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

Housekeeping On Request

Daily housekeeping service is available for stays of two or more nights by request. Simply contact the front desk to schedule your preferred time.
