Answers Before You Arrive

Do you accept pets?

We do not accept pets or emotional support animals. However, service dogs are always welcome.

Is parking available at your hotel?

Each reservation includes two parking passes. If your party has additional vehicles, our front desk staff can direct you to free overnight parking nearby.

Can I park my boat at your hotel?

We provide boat trailer parking for a daily fee of $40.00. Please contact the front desk for details.

Are your pools open year-round?

Our indoor pool and spa are open year-round. The outdoor pool and spa are seasonal, open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on our property.

Do you allow grilling on the property?

Grilling is not allowed on property. Seminary Park, located next door, has grills available for public use.

Is a deposit needed to book my stay?

Yes, a deposit equal to one night's stay is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your credit card. If canceled at least 72 hours prior to check-in, the deposit will be refunded.

What is included in the resort fee?

Two parking passes per reservation, Wi-Fi, 24-hour guest service, in-room coffee, and 24-hour gift shop access.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Late check-out may be requested based on availability.
