Essence Sound Healing presents the Candlelit Breathwork Sound Bath! Relax all troubles away with aromatherapy, zero-gravity chairs, eye-masks, and blankets.

Lori of Essence of Sound Healing will also bathe participants in a calming sound bath of harmonics.

Participants will also learn about proper breathing techniques to increase oxygenation of the blood, increase metabolic blood flow, and engage the core.
