Do you accept any pets?

We do not accept any pets or emotional support animals, service dogs are welcome.

What is your check in age?

All registered guests must be 21 years or older, unless accompanied by a legal guardian and/or parent.

Is parking available at your hotel?

Each reservation is allowed two parking passes. If there are more cars traveling in your party, our Front Desk Staff can point you in the direction of free overnight parking.

Can I park my boat at your hotel?

We provide boat trailer parking for a daily fee of $40.00.

Are your pools open year round?

Our indoor pool and spa are open year round, but our outdoor pool and spa are seasonal. 

Outdoor Pools open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Outdoor Pools closing September 5, 2022 at 9pm.

Is smoking & vaping allowed?

We do not allow smoking or vaping at our hotel.

Do you allow grilling on the property?

We do not allow grilling on the property, but Seminary Park is next door and has grills available for public use.

IS A DEPOSIT NEEDED TO BOOK MY STAY?  

Yes, a deposit equal to a 1-night stay is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your Credit Card. If canceled before 72 hours prior to check-in, the deposit will be reimbursed.

What is included in the resort fee?

What is Check-in/ Check-out time?

Check-in time is after 4:00pm Pre-registration begins between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. If your suite is not available between those times, you are welcome to use our resort facilities, dine at Sprecher’s Bar and Pub, or our front desk staff can suggest local area attractions.


Check-out time is before 11:00 am The use of the amenities and our parking lot is prohibited after check out. Please contact the front desk to request a late checkout or extend your stay, based on availability. See our front desk for specials!

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel by 4 PM local hotel time at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1 nights cancel penalty charge. All cancellations will be charged a $15.00 processing fee to process cancellation.

Do you face Geneva Lake?

The Cove is built perpendicular to the lake, so do not have direct views of Geneva Lake. However, we do have views of a nature preserve and a local park.

Are towels available at the pool(s)?

Yes, when open, we have towels available to guests of the hotel.

Do you provide rollaway beds?

We do not have cots, but every suite has a queen sofa sleeper

Do you offer breakfast?

We do not offer breakfast, however, our Espresso Bar offers specialty coffee and pastries. We also sell breakfast items in our gift shop.

Do you offer handicap-accessible rooms?

Yes, we do offer handicap suites, please call us directly or book directly on our website. Our ADA rooms are listed on our accommodations page.

How many people does each suite accommodate?

Our Anchor, Commodore, and Ensign suites accommodate 4 people max. And our Belle, Dover, Flagship, and Admiral suites accommodate 6 people max.

Do you have a restaurant?

Lake City Social is attached to our hotel and is open for lunch and dinner. Opens daily at 11:00 am.

What facilities do you offer?

We offer our guests indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools and spas, a fitness room, a game room, and a coin-operated laundry facility.  Due to COVID-19, the following services & amenities will be unavailable until further notice to reduce guest interaction for the health and safety of our associates and guests:
