Do you accept pets?

We do not accept pets or emotional support animals. However, service dogs are always welcome.


Is parking available at your hotel?

Each reservation includes two parking passes. If your party has additional vehicles, our front desk staff can direct you to free overnight parking nearby.


Can I park my boat at your hotel?

We provide boat trailer parking for a daily fee of $40.00. Please contact the front desk for details.


Are your pools open year-round?

Our indoor pool and spa are open year-round. The outdoor pool and spa are seasonal, open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.


Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on our property.


Do you allow grilling on the property?

Grilling is not allowed on property. Seminary Park, located next door, has grills available for public use.


Is a deposit needed to book my stay?

Yes, a deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your credit card. If canceled at least 72 hours prior to check-in, the deposit will be refunded.


What is included in the resort fee?

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: after 4:00 pm (pre-registration available 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm).
Check-out: before 11:00 am. Amenities and parking are not available after check-out. Late check-out may be requested based on availability. Ask the front desk about current specials!


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel by 4:00 pm hotel time at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation fee.


Do you face Geneva Lake?

The Cove is built perpendicular to Geneva Lake, so there are no direct lake views. However, we do offer views of a nature preserve and a nearby park.


Are towels available at the pools?

Yes, complimentary towels are available for guests when the pools are open.


Do you provide rollaway beds?

We do not offer rollaway beds, but every suite includes a queen sofa sleeper.


Do you offer breakfast?

We do not offer a full breakfast. However, our Espresso Bar serves specialty coffees and pastries, and breakfast items are available for purchase in the gift shop.


Do you offer handicap-accessible rooms?

Yes. Please call us directly or book on our website. Our ADA suites are listed on the accommodations page.


How many people does each suite accommodate?

Anchor, Commodore, and Ensign suites accommodate up to 4 guests.
Belle, Dover, and Flagship suites accommodate up to 6 guests.
Admirals suites accommodate up to 8 guests.


Do you have a restaurant?

Lake City Social is attached to our hotel and serves lunch and dinner daily from 11:00 am. They are closed on major holidays.
